A Recession is the Perfect Time to Start A Home Based Business

In the beginning, while Bush was still in office, economist's debated if we were in a recession while others said it is just a slowing economy and soon the U.S. economy will be booming again. How wrong economist's were and they've gone in hiding unwilling to answer any questions why they couldn't see the recession coming.

We now know better, they were wrong! I am no specialist on economics but I do follow things closely. It also doesn’t take a scholar to realize the economy was in a steep “down turn.” I do consider my self to be is an opportunist, always looking for a way to make money.

When the recession hit the first thing corporations did was reduce their work force to maintain profits. It’s a sad fact in the U.S. that corporations fired thousands of employees in order to continue making a profit, to keep executives pay and keep stock holders happy, and continue making money.

Many former employees are now looking for new work in a very tight job market. Some may look for ways to create an extra income that is a little more dependable to continue paying their bills.
