Virtual Assistant
The International Virtual Assistant Association defines a Virtual Assistant (VA) as “an independent entrepreneur providing administrative, creative and/or technical services. Utilizing advanced technological modes of communication and data delivery, a professional VA assists clients in his/her area of expertise from his/her own office on a contractual basis."
Virtual Assistants are professionals who have successful careers as Executive Assistants, Secretaries, Editors, Clerks, Writers, Accountants, Concierges, Transcriptionists, do Web Design, Events Planners and a myriad of other roles or tasks.
Virtual Assistants have varying education levels, but many are highly skilled in their field, with experience in office management and the latest computer applications. VA services include Information Processing, Data Entry, Internet Research, Bill Paying Services, Data Entry & Management, Mail and Email services, Event Planning as well as assistance in making travel arrangements.
A VA will be able to quickly get up to speed and become an integral part of your company, because they are small business owners themselves. A VA would certainly like to become a dependable business partner in your business. They understand the nature and challenges associated with today’s businesses and what they are experiencing with more to accomplish and fewer resources to get the work done.
Virtual Assistants, as all small business owners, enjoy the work they do while focusing on delivering services that exceed their customers’ expectations.
Any business will come to rely on as well as enjoy the indispensable services of a VA!
