Create The Day
Do you tend to let circumstances set the tone for your day? Do you allow other people and events trigger feelings of anger, frustration, impatience or an unsettledness? Do you sometimes blame others for the way you feel – for example: You make me so angry?
If so, there is a solution! When you do this, you are not using your natural abilities you have available to you! Using the Law of Attraction, you can turn every day into a better day, a day of your choosing. You to this by using intentions and visualization to create the day you want. You have to choice to have a good day or a bad day. So, why not chose a good day.
When you first wake up in the morning, spend about 10 to 15 minutes thinking about the types of things you would like to experience this day. How would you like your workday to go today? What kind of people would you like to meet? Would you like to receive some type of great opportunity? Advance in your chosen career or grow your financial situation? How would you like to feel for the majority of your day?
There use to be a great bumper sticker and I love sharing it: Smile, it makes others smile too. What a way to pass along a positive attitude without much effort. Smile inside and outside and pretty soon the smile will become infectious.
Grab a blank journal or notebook and begin to jot these details down! Write out your day. Dream, envision, use visualization and write it down. Once you’ve gotten all the details written out, spend a few minutes vividly imagining each scenario in your mind, exactly as you would like them to happen. It may not happen that day, but it will come true, all you have to do it continue the process. Pretend you’re watching a movie in your mind, seeing it all play out exactly as you would like it to. You also have to add a sense of happening, no doubt, and it will be so.
It is very important to allow yourself to feel as if what you visualize were actually happening right now. Immerse yourself in feelings of excitement, joy, happiness and gratitude as you enjoy one great experience after another. Use this same process for every experience you’d like to have that day. By the time you’re finished you should be feeling fantastic; buzzing with a great feeling and high expectations!
Then go on with your normal daily routine, taking care not to be attached to any specific event or experience. Remain open to whatever come your way. You may want to feel exhilaration toward what is happening, but allow this feeling go and turn it into further happiness. Continue reaffirming that great things are going to continue happening to you all day, every day. Feel thankful and gratitude about all the blessings of abundance in your life. You deserve them!
At the same time, avoid getting entangled in feelings of worry, anxiety, frustration, and anger as much as possible. Throughout the day let these feelings go because these feelings will interfere with any positive energy you have already created.
As often as you can remember to do so, recall to your minds eye the images of the things you visualized earlier that morning and allow positive feelings to flow over you again and again. Affirm and know that wonderful things are happening, even if you don’t see them today, they will happen, be certain of that.
Using this process on a daily basis, you’ll eventually start to notice that good things are happening and continue to happen. You will find yourself being in the right place at the right moment and enjoying greater and greater opportunities and increased sense of abundance.
We are all blessed, no one needs to bless us, we just have to realize it. We are powerful beings who can bring positive change to our lives, and anyone else’s life we chose to share it with. Be the positive change you want to see in your life, and the world.
